There was recently discovered 14 new species of tarantulas in the U.S., one of them famously named after Johnny Cash. They tend to live in forested mountains surrounded by the Arizona Desert inside burrows. Because the male tarantulas are mostly black it was named after the musician Johnny Cash. New information on the Zika virus was recently released by Karen Weintraub from National Geographic. In her article she stated that the virus is significantly spreading throughout the Americas. The most recent case was in Dallas, where a resident contracted the virus during sexual intercourse, not from a mosquito. This new finding has made the topic very controversial, thus raising many questions in the population. Despite this new finding the virus still has many mysteries. For instance, its evolution or its origins. There has also been cases seen in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Moreover, with Zika at least 10% of the pregnancies are lost.
